AIR Studio + Gallery Welcomes The Uncooperative Group to its Gallery in August

AIR Studio + Gallery welcomes The Uncooperative group to its gallery for a show featuring ten local artists August 17 through September 2, 2023. The Uncooperative is an assemblage of Mixed Media Artists who have worked together for over 10 years as part of classes at The Center Highland Park taught by Alexis Kanarek and Ina Beierle, longtime teachers at The Center. Featured is multimedia explored and often combined are collage, painting, fiber, digital imaging and photography. The Opening event will take place on Thursday, August 17, from 5:00-7:00pm at AIR Gallery, 348 Tudor Court, Glencoe, Illinois (across the street from Writers Theatre). Gallery hours are Thursday, Friday, Saturday, noon-5:00pm.

The Uncooperative group includes artists Ina Beierle, Nona Flores, Lezlie Lenz, Alexis Kanarek, Jamie Kost, Jill Kolker, Linda Lutz, Mara Smith, Meryl Levenstein and Carole Perlman who will be displaying their work at AIR Gallery.
