We will begin with a Powerpoint presentation on a myriad of artists who use watercolor in traditional and non-traditional ways.
Then we will sample how pigments react to a variety of surfaces such as acrylic grounds and yupo with a variety of techniques: washes, bleeds, resists, pours and print to create either abstract paintings or backgrounds for figurative work.
