AIR Studio + Gallery is pleased to present photographer Dianne Kittle's photography show, "The Act of Looking" at AIR Gallery in Glencoe, IL, running September 8-25, 2022. The opening reception will be Thursday, September 8 from 5:00-7:00PM. The event is free and open to the public. Kittle’s photography show explores the transformation of the ordinary, “The images in my project are anchors that inspire me to pause in a space of silence and feel the marvelous moments of life. I transform the everyday to express emotion. Portals to another world appear as orbs, shadows, silhouettes, blur, negative space, falling light, and vertical lines. These motifs form a visual communication that connects me to a zone of silence and helps me understand the world.”
